When we race to get to the next thing we lose our ability to be calmer.  Each day presents us with opportunities to stop and enjoy life, a more peaceful life.  Guess what? As long as you keep looking ahead, ignorning the beauty that is around you right now, you will contnue to be uneasy.  The future isn't going anywhere, but this moment is.  So stop and enjoy it for all it's worth.
