I don’t know about you, but in the times when my mind is really active, in hyperdrive human mode,I can spend an entire day thinking about meaningless stuff. 16 hours a day of reacting, not living. Thankfully, meditation makes those days pretty rare. All in all, quietness brings me to meaning. What about you? Do you feel the same way?
