  • When was the last time things were really dark for you?  What did you do to persevere?  Was there a person who really helped you out?

Action of the Day:

Actively look to see if there is someone in your world today that is in need and help them.  It may be the giving of time or money to a charity and it way be something closer, lending an ear to someone visibly hurting.
